Dialogue: looking for a flatmate (Feedback)

 The questions in this exercise are really easy but you must check that you don't make basic mistakes.
All questions in the exercise begin:

(Part 1)How much is....? ; Is / Are....? ; Is there / Are there...? ;  How many.....?;  Do you...?
(Part 2)Does she....?  Can she ....? Is she ...? Has she got .....?

So, if you didn't get them right, you must revise your grammar!!
